Launched in 2020 through the brand Calmon Partners Executive Search, the recruitment activity specialized in investment professionals has been structured by carrying out mandates in France and internationally for PE Funds, Banks, Family Offices and Fintech.​
In 2025, the group acquired Sainoo, a leading HR tech platform.

 

To provide a 360° support, the group quickly launched its Media & Events services, providing its clients with strategic communication & PR support, as well as its Events services, offering uniques & high end networking experiences.
To support its growth and round its offer, Calmon Partners Group acquired the media Finyear.com in 2021, a unique bridge between traditional finance (TradFi) and decentralized finance (DeFi) and the communication agency Influences in 2024,  a specialist in public relations, crisis communication, and financial communication.

At the same time, and since its inception, the group developed Calmon Partners Capital,  acting as an accelerator and investor, supporting companies at various stages of growth, from Pre-Seed to Series A and beyond. It also provides capital advisory services to help businesses navigate their financial strategies and growth opportunities.
